I love it. It has great coverage. When I get my hair cut, my stylist always says she cant believe the great color I get and that she can't compete with the price.
I've been using e-salon for over six years now and cannot say enough good things!! The color is spot on; not too red, not too brown! Root Touch ups blend perfectly and I never have that "darker root line" you sometimes get when touching up. My hairdresser was so impressed that she's suggested it to other clients, who like me, only come in for professional highlights once in a while.
For me this product is the closest to my natural hair color. They determined the color from a picture, amazing.

This product is fantastic. I love that it gives a true color that lasts and is very easy to apply. The color specialist are extremely helpful in helping develop the exact color that you want. Being able to pick the color out online and having delivered to my door is a plus. If you have never colored your hair at home, I highly recommend this product.

amazing quality. My hair color has a lot of natural red pigmentation and everyone kniws red is the hardest to cover gray..as well as keep from oxidizing...this is amazing..and you can have them adjust the color easily if needed. even my hairstyist (who used to do the color) complements it. and I use the second process for the ends either every other or every third coloring...

I have bought drug store brands and paid high price salon color and I always had that something wasn't right color. I have a red tone to my natural color so I would get a brassiness from drugstore purchase or shock from salon price and still not wowed when I walked out. I just tried this one day. My hair is soft and natural after coloring my hair. The color stays true longer than the store bought kits.
Plus the fact that you can get custom color every time.
The only difference from this to the salon is that you have to put it on yourself! Oh and let's not forget what a good salon costs! I've used this I the auto ship plan for quite awhile now and will never go back to box color from the store. This has awesome gray coverage
I started with a golden brown which tended to get a touch brassy near the end of a month so talked to a stylist who came up with a color that had a little less gold in it and is a touch darker. I love it. It lasts longer and when the gray in my hair just starts to sparkle it doesn't look gray. It looks like I have highlights. So now I'm able to go about 3 weeks longer with this color. Sticking with it.
I am pleased with the results this time around. It took me a few tries to get the desired color but that was not fault to you team. Only lack of wording on my part. Once your team called me to ensure that I love the results this time around, they turned out perfect. Thank you!
Esalon did a fantastic job I was worried about getting this haircolor because I had so much grow out that I would get those bright orange roots but my colorist here on E salon did great I had no problems at all I would definitely recommend Esalon to anyone
This is the best at home hair color I've found. Each time it gets designed specially for me taking into consideration any comments I leave for the next round. I told my mom about it so she tried it too and now she's hooked. Also, the customer service has been excellent.

This is the best hair color I have ever used. And they worked with me until we got the exact shade of red that I wanted! I love the way the "kit" comes and the extras it provides, like the cream that protects the skin around your hairline from staining! The color lasts and lasts for me and that is a plus as well. Personally, I use Wen hair cleanser along with it. My hairdresser always compliments my color as well. Great Product!!
So ti's a little more expensive than color you can buy at the drug store but well worth it!! Colorist works with you to get your perfect color and it rich and you hair is soft and shinny after applying. I would highly recommend using. The presentation is really awesome as well. Your color kit comes in a nice box, includes color, 2pair of quality gloves (really nice to have 2 pairs), shampoo sample, conditioner sample (both enough to use for the treatment and really helps to add that softness and shine), stain preventative salve for around face and stain remover. Super nice!!

I recently changed to this formula to cover more gray, and I'm very happy with it. It is easy to use and comes with everything you need to do the same thing the salons do for you at a fraction of the cost.
And the result is I can see how my hair color used to look when it actually was my own.
I waited to dye my hair all of my life knowing I would dye it when I started to go grey. The time came and I was paying large amounts of money for my cut and color as I have long hair. I tried to purchase boxed hair dye and my hair became more coarse and not as lovely any more. The choice was inexpensive and unhappy or salon prices and guilt. I was so relieved to have found eSalon on line and took the risk and ordered it. I have been so very impressed by the quality of this company, how much they worked with me as an individual (no different than the salon) to be sure we would make the perfect color for me. I sent in my picture and they noticed that what I had described my color as and the actual picture of my color was not right. I was a Chocolate brown and I was describing it much darker. I felt very impressed by their keen sense and they prevented me from being unhappy. I received this precious little box all personalized with my name inside on the instructions and a number for my personal dye mix combination. The instructions were no different than if I had done a box dye ~ no more complicated. I can not say enough good about my experience with eSalon over the years. The picture I had sent was of me holding my little grandson in the hospital. He will now be 3 years old. I love my custom color and it lasts longer than others I've used. My hair is soft, shiny an just the color I wanted. No having to guess which box shade will turn out how. I have been using this for over a year now and I have the same results every time. I highly recommend it.
This stuff is the best-custom made for you....the colour doesn't fade like the commercial mass marketed brands, and it is salon formula, without the price tag....I don't use anything else now.
This is the best color ever and I'm glad I stopped going so much to my hairdresser and paying $100 for a touch up and trim, now I can have family do my touch up at home and enjoy a glass of wine while doing it.

I'm so glad my sister recommended that I use esalon to color my hair. The products are professional quality and my hair looks great all month long. It's easy to use and there are always good, comprehensive instructions.
They somehow figured out the perfect color for me without ever seeing my hair? Don't know how they can do that, but it's so close to my natural color that not even my husband noticed a change! It helps my "old" hair feel softer and younger too! My only complaint would be it doesn't last on my white hairs. I re-color about every 6 weeks, which leaves a bit of grow out at the roots and the other whites are showing through also. So, all in all fantastic!
Love the pre made it does not dry my hair out like other colors. Simplicity with directions. I am new to dying hair wish they would make I touch up kit for mid way

I love this and I hope to keep on using this on my hair verses the over the counter products. They are not nearly as good and the custom hair color lasts longer as well. I've been using esalon for about 6+ months now. I love the way my hair turns out, and I've even had my hairdresser compliment me on the beautiful color! Best of all, I'm paying half the price than I would in a salon. Just wish they'd give bigger sizes in the shampoo and conditioner that come with the hair color. They smell lovely!
I like the convenience of home delivery. The bled took some time to get correct, but I like how it covers gray and gives hair an overall sheen. Auto delivery makes it very convenient too. Sometimes, I still use a salon but that's when I want low lights & hi-lights. I'd love to see packages for hi& low lights it would be more involved to color, but it's how I like my hair.
Love this hair colour. Very natural, asked for a slight amend to colour after the first batch and is now perfect. Easy to use and hair feels conditioned and shiny. Even my hairdresser complimented me on it oops! She's previously struggled to colour my greys but this works perfectly! Thanks so much.
I can't say enough good things about this. I had a specific issue with drug store color that was easily corrected with my custom formula. I get soo many complements on my hair color! My own hairdresser wanted 4x the price so I can't see myself ever canceling my subscription.

This was my first try. I love the color. I couldn't find the right color out of other boxes. I took a shot and thought I'd see what I got. It fits me really well and it was an easy process. I am very impressed with the color and how well it looks on my hair. It doesn't look like box color.
I am just so thrilled with the whole eSalon system. From the stylist who makes up my specific color ( and emails me and communicates with me concerning my questions) to the packaging and additional goodies they send. Everything I need is included, I love it. I love my color as well, I have a lot of grey, and it covers excellently. I totally recommend eSalon.

Love the color. Tweaked the first color I got and had them make it a little lighter and it is absolutely perfect. No red, easy to do... everything you need is in the box! Easy instructions... it doesn't get any better than this!
