First time coloring my hairI wanted a complete change of color after years with natural dark brown hair and blond highlights. I thought it brightened my face but was ready to go darker for a while. The instructions were helpful but I pulled the color through to the ends for the last 10 minutes then rinsed instead of 30 minutes just on the roots suggested in the instructions. I don't remember saying I only wanted the roots done. I think it came out pretty even but I might need some tweaking with the color. Easier than I thought though. AmazingOh, I was so scared! A few days after opening my box. ( which was very nicely packed) I got to work. I was so nervous! The following day I saw two friends. I asked them how they liked my hair. They said “ what do you mean?” I think that is the very best compliment. My hair looked like it always did! to them. But.. all the grey was gone and it looked totally natural. Way to go E salon.
