I will say that when I finally received this (that was the hardest waitingOnce I received this I was going to cancel but my daughter put it on for me today (I have paid for salon color for 40 plus years) I love this will definitely re-order again. great instructions, easy to use, no colour disasters.Loved the instructions complete with sticker to stick them on the bathroom tiles, produced a good colour. Slightly redder than my natural colour (which is a very flat, almost slate grey/blonde colour) but still very natural looking and I understand the red pigment is necessary to avoid a green tinge! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. First TimerI have always spent a fortune on my hair and been with an amazing salon for over 20 years when I lived in CA. I’m so particular with my hair that I had it listed on my top 5 must have on my budget during a divorce over 10 years ago. YES that’s how much I value my hairdresser. As a result of quarantine, I had to figure out quickly how to color my gray, and wondered about where do I order the color to match my current one, what will happen to my hi-lites, what if I ruin my hair, How can I trust someone I haven’t seen in person,,,etc Goodness! hair salons are definitely essential ☺️ I was pleasantly stunned my colorist got it perfectly to match. ReviewI loved the overall color. It was amazing how well it covered the grey. The only thing is I would have liked for it to have been a little lighter as the color that I was shown. My first orderJust applied my first order today and I think I am overall satisfied. The color on my previously colored hair took well but I think it’s hard to notice the color on the virgin roots. AMAZING! Should have done this a long time ago!I am incredibly happy with the results of my custom hair color. I was past 11 weeks from the last time I had my hair done at the salon & the roots/grays were just too much & I couldn't take it anymore. Being quarantined during this COVID-19 Pandemic with no confident outlook on future salon date, I buckled and ordered from eSalon based on all the positive reviews. I actually had the box arrive and contemplated for over a week to do it because I was so scared I was going to ruin my hair color. I finally got up the courage after not being able to look at myself in the mirror anymore, and couldn't have been any happier! It was so easy to do & I loved the color!!
