Poor customer service!I ordered this product a few weeks ago. Within a day or so of ordering (before the item shipped), I called because I had an unforeseen situation. I had to abruptly leave where I was staying and go back home. I had to leave in order to avoid being exposed to COVID-19. The person I was staying with needed to be quarantined and did not want to stay in a hotel. So I asked that the item be shipped to my home address. The customer service agent told me there was nothing she could do. I also wrote a complaint in the survey I was sent. No response. As of today, I have not heard from anyone and have not tried the product. Zero attempt to keep my business. Thanks but no thanks. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I was surprised how much I loved the colorI was apprehensive after receiving the box after seeing the colors on paper... after application the color was great! Loved it, maybe would like a bit more red in it next time. I did notice however the color faded fairly quickly 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

My First Time Custom Color SetThe color did not completely cover the gray and wasn't quite the color I wanted but this is a work in progress. I am a 1st time user so I will have to wait and see when adjustments are made by my colorist how my hair turns out before I can give it better rating. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Gray still thereSo this did make my hair soft. However my hair did go a little on the orange side in sun light. Grays where still there. Think I will try more of an ash color blonde next time to get rid of the red/orange tone. Hopefully they can do something to help gray coverage better.
