The colour did not match the advertised exampleI ordered dark blonde permanent colour and It didn’t make any difference to my hair. I send pictures to my colourist so if they knew the colour I chose is the same colour as my current one they should have told me or advised me I guess:( I don’t want to be that customer but I was left very disappointed with the outcome. Does not cover Grey wellI'm very Disappointed in my over color and coverage. I left the roots on for 5 minutes more than suggested to make sure the coverage was proper. I made a point in my color selection to ask for the best color that doesn't give any red at all & they suggested the darkest brown, it definitely has a red cast to it. Wrong colorThe initial picture showed a purple color and that was what I wanted. The first bottle wasn't it so they sent me a second bottle to try to fix it but its still not right.
