Turned my ash blonde hair RED! Good customer service.Requested ash or cool toned blonde and it made my hair strawberry colored! Called customer support and they sent me a correction kit at no charge, saying that I must process "warm". The new kit just maintained the red tone and didn't help. After two tries, I'm done, Always been an ash or cool toned medium blonde & in my experience they cannot provide a product for that color. Customer service is good. Roots and old growth very differentMy old growth had faded. This is very common with hair tones that have red. So when I followed the directions I ended up with roots that had a dark rich color and a head full of brassy, washed out color. I am very disappointed.
