Great customer service, hair is now perfectI can't fault the kit or the customer service. Hair colour came out beautifully but unfortunately faded faster than I'd hoped. Got in touch with e-salon who couldn't have handled it better and have formulated a new colour to help me. New colour arrived and is perfect - they listened to my feedback and changed exactly as asked. Considering how busy they must be currently, it's the best customer service I've had. Fantastic!I ordered the hair colour and was really nervous to use it. It was easy to use with the help of my hubby and wow 30 mins later I had the perfect colour exactly the colour on the chart!
