The color is exactly what I wanted. It's a great shade of brown with some ash but not so much it looks "Smokey". It is very close to my natural hair color and has enough warmth to match my warm medium skin.

I may never use a salon outside my home again. The process was well directed. It went smoothly even though I was not sure that I was doing everything right. Red hair isn't easy to match, but Jennifer did a great job. Goodbye expensive salon fees and lack of scheduling availability! Thank you!

Amazing! My first order was a bit too red for me however I sent a picture of my current color and what color I was going for and my 2nd order was pure perfection!!! It looks so good! I am so happy!

The color matches perfect. My hair is softer, not like straw. Very impressed. Better than going to my salon. I tried it because of the virus that’s going around. Love it!
