Really good match and no damage to hairAfter slightly changing my colour mix for roots I found the products really good the process was good and not difficult needed a bit of help at the back . But I did wait a day and followed it by using the highlighter brightening kit on thin top front strands and at round face and it lifted it even more . Really pleased as I started using this due to covid lockdown and have blonde coloured hair highly processed already . After using the products then the shampoo included im really pleased . Very easy instructionsI really liked that everything I needed was given to me. I used the bottle method as I am used to doing it this way. The only complaint I had was that I was given a lot of darker color choices and the lightest color I could pick was still too dark for me. I usually go lighter for Spring/Summer(nothing dramatic) and darker for Fall/ Winter which this color falls into that category. The gray coverage was great! I couldn't wait to get rid of them and my usual stylist moved a more expensive salon and of course the pandemic was upon us. My hair felt really soft afterwards. All in all I really like that I will be getting my color in the mail and I could adjust color, timing of shipment, and contact a colorist at any time as needed.
