The color was exactly what I ordered. It covered great, even the gray, and the coverage is lasting over my gray. The color is no fading. This is as good as the color I paid $150 to have done. I am sold!

What a great experience! I loved taking the quiz and uploading photos of what my hair looks like at it’s best. The directions were clear and I loved the color. My roots blended into the rest of my hair and ALL my grays are hidden.I may never go back to the salon for color!

Not a typical hair color you can get. I love that it's customized to your liking. Doesnt do harm on my hair so far. Love that it makes my hair so shiny every after color. Love love love esalon!

The first kit I received didn't entirely live up to the color I selected (Intense Pearl), but I was willing to give it time to grow on me. BUT based on my review, my colorist adjusted the formula and now it's absolutely PERFECT! Dark and bright at the same time- exactly what I asked for! I couldn't be happier!
