I don't know that I will be going back to the salon for colorI tried box color years ago with disastrous results, so I was a bit nervous (but more desperate than nervous with the salons having been shut) to try eSalon. Almost a perfect match first time around!Love the color. The coverage is great, especially for gray hair. I couldn't believe that they matched the color almost perfect the first time around. Exactly the color I was hoping for!!I just love this color!!!!! The stylist was right on point with what I wanted and the fact that she emailed me about my color and made sure I wanted this specific color/darkness (because it was two shades darker than my dyed color already) only shows that she and this company are truly professionals and the customers are their top priority!! :) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
