Awesome product and serviceI had never colored my own hair before and was skeptical about how it would turn out. Surprisingly, it was an easy process and the results are fantastic! Way better than expected!I got EXACTLY what I needed from this kit. It colored my gray, and allowed me to keep my highlights. Also, my hair was not damaged one bit. Good color/coverage - -and hair feels great!I really like the results and appreciated the personal attention to making sure the color is right! Perhaps it's just me (new to home coloring!)...but seems like this definitely requires a "helper" to effectively apply all-over color and rinse sufficiently. Awesome!I'm SO happy with my hair color! This is the first time I've ever colored my hair. I was nervous but I followed the instructions well and with the help of my hubby, it turned out beautiful! Next time will be easier and I've saved money plus it's a beautiful color! To top it off, it colored my long gray roots perfectly! I'm so happy with eSalon!
