Exactly what I wanted!This last round of color was absolutely what I asked for! I am beyond happy with it! I also appreciate being asked if I wanted to add the ends refresher bottle before it was shipped to make sure I was getting what I needed to get to what I wanted. Something else that is really nice is that the prices for everything are right there in the open! I don't have to go through a long process to figure out "how much is this going to cost me?", since price is a big factor in why I chose what I do. EffectiveProduct did exactly what I asked -- I had used a box dye that I liked and because of the different base color, my hair turned more of a purple than a red. I asked eSalon to help me tone down the purple and bring out the copper colors and they did a great job. It's still a little darker than I'd like, but I'll have to live with that for now. Could not have been happierFirst time to do my own coloring. Viewed helpful videos several times, purchased the cape, tools and could not have been happier. Not sure if I will continue to do it myself but now I know I can when circumstances warrant doing it myself. Definitely will have it on hand and ready to use. Color perfect.
