I love this!The color is perfect! My hair is ridiculously soft and shiny after processing. 😍Customer service was great (after I made a typo on my own address) and got me my products very quickly. Color PerfectionI am so happy with the esalon customer service team and their color. They formulated the perfect brunette shade with richness, depth, and shine. It has red and golden tones without appearing brassy or unnatural (which was what I was going for), and the level is perfectly matched with my existing color. I prefer the subtleties present in esalon's color to my original! Their willingness to listen to what you want is so appreciated. When ordering your color, provide specific information and let them know what your color is now. They will help you realize your color if they are able to get there from where you are. (It is not always possible to jump from one color to another, especially when doing this yourself at home)....I recommend esalon for their color expertise, color product, and customer service. Happy with my color - again!This is my second order from e-Salon, and the color was perfect, just like the first time. I'm really surprised at how natural the color looks, and how suited it is to my skin color. I will continue using e-Salon until I can get back in my salon, or even after. Great matchDuring this pandemic I was unsure how I was going to maintain my hair. Since I have dark hair with stubborn grays and I have a lighter base. There was no way for me to do a typical box color. So I tried esalon and the color came out great. I plan to continue to use it and I will be trying the highlight kit next.
