I hated it, it ruined my existing color.First of all it wasn't enough to even cover half of my hair and secondly i asked to get the red out of my hair (I EVEN SENT PICTURES) or tone down the red brassines and NOW IT LOOKS MORED RED. So if I sent pictures they should have a better idea of what they are doing.I wanted to tone down the brassines in my balaged hair. its not even close to dark blonde my hair is basically a mousy brown. Didn’t cover graysKind of upset this didn’t work as described. The color had no red in it like I wanted and it didn’t penetrate all the grays I have. The smell was very strong and to be honest I feel like I get much better coverage from box color at the store. At least those covered the greys. I put in a request for a different color and just reviewed it. I asked for a lot of red and the new color won’t be what I want. I feel like I wasted my money. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Stubborn graysThe hair color does not covers grays that well. The grays were a much lighter shade than the rest of my hair and it faded in about 1-2 weeks. UnhappyReally quite unhappy with the end result, the colour came out much darker than I had requested. My hair felt really dry after using the dye, the shampoo and conditioner were actually really quite good though so I would be tempted to try them in the future but at the moment I’m really disappointed with my colour 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Didn’t go wellI loved my first color. I wanted just a tiny bit less copper, maybe I asked for the wrong thing, but this color was way too dark and dried my hair out.
