I was so nervous about coloring my hair after having it blonde for so long. I love that my color expert took everything into consideration. She asked for more pics, and then called me to discuss a filler pre rinse. It was included at no extra cost. Two bottles of color were sent, and one was more than enough. There was nothing that wasn’t thought of for this!!! The color is absolutely beautiful, and I’ll ALWAYS use this company going forward. Also, the price is perfect!!!!

This is my second time using this product and I really love it! It was easier the second time and also I had my stylist darken the color and it was perfect. I see myself using this product a very long time!

The color is a great match for me which is fortunate since my hair colorist has not yet gone back to work. Very easy to do but still need a little help from my husband. Overall, very pleased with the product. There have been some shipping problems but that is due to the US Post Office.
