Not what I wantedNot sure if I chose the wrong color based on bad representation pictures or what!?. I believed I had ordered light brown with a bit of mahogany. I even left directions that I did not want an unnatural color, and that I would rather have more brown than the mahogany Color. What I got was ghoulish mahogany. Straight up mahogany!! No brown undertones at all. In the sunlight it was purple! I feel I could have done better with box color. Once ordering the color, you could not look back to review your choice. Omg never going to a salon again!Okay seriously this is legit!!!! I was sooo nervous to do this myself. I have strawberry blonde hair naturally and had it dyed medium brown two months ago. I had growth starting to show and heard about esalon so I answered a few questions and got amazing kit/instructions mailed to me. I was afraid that my grow out wouldn’t match the rest of my hair but it’s absolutely perfect! And honestly, can I just say my hair is the softest and shiniest it’s been in sooo long!? Better than a salon!I loved everything about my esalon experience. From ordering to my positively gorgeous color. And even after my first color when I requested a little more gray coverage, bam they did it.
