Not what I wantedI didn’t get what I asked for. I think I was clear about my goals, however, I was very disappointed with the outcome after using your product. I wanted red. Red not pink - Not pinkish red. Just red, like natural red color that actually grows out of a person’s head. What I got was brown. Now that it’s almost time to color again, it’s faded off to something I can stand. Brown with some golden highlights. I can’t recommend your product or services because I emailed directly with a stylist, went with her recommendations and was still disappointed in the end.
