What went wrong?The first time I tried this it turned out great, this time not so much. My hair turned gold ... what!!! I left the color on for 20minutes as it said to do. So now I'm not sure if I want to try again 😔 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Will not use again.I used my order during COVID. It did not cover my gray well and after a few days it was turning orange fast. I called and they said that you need to use it within 6 months (it was 8 months). And nothing more. No offer to help with my hair. No offer to discount a new order. I was not told nor saw an "expiration date" on the product. Will not use again. Glad my salon opened again. I truly like my new colour.I really like my new adjusted color. In the sun it is a light copper almost but inside it s a bright rich red. Grey coverage was great. Thank you Caitlyn. I think we can let it stay as is. Is there anything you can suggest for a very dry scalp. I am diabetic and my scalp has dried out and I am always scratching at it. Thanks. Beautiful Color & Great Color Set!1st time client; my stylist recommended because good color is tough to find during Covid. From my description and photo, eSalon created a near-perfect color match! Already adjusted for next order. Love the color--not flat but has depth (red light brown color to match my colored base). Impressed with the whole set.
