Not what I wanted or expectedThis is not what I wanted or expected. I wanted a more deep violet/purple tone, instead I got a very deep auburn tone, it almost looks brown in certain lighting. Although it does reflect the red tones in direct sunlight. This is really not what I was wanting or hoping for. I am pretty disappointed right now 😞 0 of 1 people found this review helpful. Lazy/ I wanted one stepI dislike colouring my hair very much. I was disappointed because it was two separate steps roots + ends. I (personally) need one step. I did not get the full effect of my colour because I only used the root bottle on my whole head. I however LOVED the colour for my roots. I was a bit scared to try the other because of how different the colour ratio looked (totally my fear & I didn't try) it was just me being unfamiliar. The price + shipping on top of it, is not something I want to commit to paying that much for. I usually buy store box dye, so quite a bit cheaper. Piece of cake!I purchased this Custom Color Set in April 2020. I just used it today and love the results! I was nervous when I first started to use it (I never colored my hair before until now), but the directions that came with the set are well written. eSalon made it so easy to use. It's a piece of cake! Simple as washing your hair or brushing your teeth! I look forward to receiving my next order, now that I know how the results will turn out. I loved that there were no harsh fumes or scents while I was coloring my hair. I would definitely recommend eSalon to anyone wanting to color their hair for the first time. Hair ColorI am more please than I was when I had my hair colored at a salon for $100+ before the coronavirus pandemic. It took two tries to get a color that pleased me. Even when the pandemic is over, I'm not sure that I will go back to the salon. eSalon's staff is very available, patient, friendly, and prompt. Easy to useThis was the first time I ever tried coloring my own hair. It was so easy, my 8 year old granddaughter helped. Everything I needed was in my kit. The color, was exactly as expected. Yet to disappoint!!I have had my hair bleached blonde for around 6 years, i then decided I wanted to go back to my natural colour I went to a salon and was very disappointed I had green and ginger hair! I then went back blonde. A few months later I stumble across esalon and I ordered some brown dye and it came out perfect! I got Demi and it lasted around 9 months and Thays when I decided to trust them and get permanent and I couldn’t be happier my hair is healthy and the exact colour I wanted, esalon is easy and pretty quick the people are so kind and I will definitely be using them from now on xx 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
