Beautiful Color and excellent help to create it!I loved this color even before I received it and began to use it. I was able to describe the look I was going for and the colorists managed to bottle my dream color... For now anyway. I switch up frequently, but I'm sure eSalon would help make anything (within reason) happen. AMAZINGOMG...the best colour I've ever had. I'd gone lighter on holiday and I wanted a 'richer' colour so I gave the team a new brief. Absolutely awesome remarkableThe color my stylist Andrea picked out for my hair is gorgeous, after coloring my hair for years at salons, this is the most beautiful color I think I have had. Not as orderedWhen I spoke to the representative by telephone before my last shipment, I stressed very strongly that my previous color was too brown and needed a lot more copper. My hair color is medium copper red. The results after coloring my hair with the last shipment of color was brown with barely a touch of red. Not happy with the hair color at all! You're going to have to improve significantly for me to remain in the program. I do not want a shipment this month. I went to my hairdresser and had my hair colored last week so I could look at myself and feel like I looked nice due to the erroneous color and some fading. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
