Love it!I love my custom color! I asked for an adjustment and it turned out beautifully. The color is very close to my natural color but covers my grays (I have a lot) and it is shiny and dimensional. I’ve never been good at dyeing my own hair but the instructions make it so easy. Mixed ReviewI had high hopes for this product. It definitely delivered in being the most gentle hair color I’ve ever used. No bad smell, relatively easy to apply and gentle on my hair. However, I was not satisfied with the root coverage. Most of my roots were still gray even after strictly following the instructions. The color I chose, a dark brown/purple tone had way too much red which led to brassy color where I part my hair on top. ReviewEverything I needed was included . There was a question I needed answered during the process and the online chat could not understand. Not a huge issue, but for a first time use, quicker response time would have been better. Good ResultI was generally pleased with the grey coverage and the toning down of the red tones my hair has. The colour was a bit too dark for me so an adjustment has been made for next time. I like the fact that the colour can be adjusted. I was very pleased that there was no sensitivity issue.
