Love your productMy hair is shinier and full since using your product, however, the only worry that I have is that it contains ammonium hydroxide which many salons do not use anymore. Great ProductThe only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is that I have short hair and really don't need 20oz. Wish they had a 10oz option (or a kit with two 10oz options. I struggled to get the gloves on as well as they were very tight. I do like that 2 sets of gloves and very detailed instructions are provided.
