I can't see myself going back to the salonInitial color was too light, but I sent in my feedback and I'm really liking how the new color is turning out. I like having it shipped so I won't forget to to purchase it. The classic shampoo & conditioner provided makes my hair really shiny. Love it!I used the formula sent to me. I love the color. I had one issue. The final step was overwhelmingly noxious of ammonia. I suggest you do this with the shower curtain open a little and before turning on the shower because I was really overwhelmed with the ammonia. Good productI like it but I keep having trouble with getting my whites to fully cover. I don’t have much white hair it is at the front of my face and that is the area I have trouble fully covering. Love the color, free shipping drawbackI have always loved the Esalon experience. I can custom color my hair while cleaning up my home and without finding childcare. However recently they have brought up the free shipping requirement. This is making me consider another service. The other products in past I have added to get 5 dollars more to my minimum.
