Formula is great!!Hello there, Since you adjusted the formula (developer) as per my previous issue the color is wonderful! I colored on Sunday, February 3rd, and I don't see any grey hairs! Previously the color did not take completely and even after coloring grey strands were still poking their little heads out. Thank you so much for doing whatever you needed to do to make this work and of course make me happy! ☺ Much appreciated!! And again my hair is so soft and nice. Rich, Shiny, Out Of A Salon!I did not expect the results I saw! Rich color, shiny hair, bouncy, alive, and a perfect color match for my skin tone! I have stubborn grays, but it covered them so well! My esalon experienceMy colorist customized my color one time and has continued with the same blend for my roots originally at 6 week touch ups and now 8 week intervals. Not once since I’ve been using esalon have my roots turned black. I had no idea she had brought out my natural hair color with natural highlights and lowlights. Thank you Jennifer!! 100% Better than other brandsEsalon’s formula covers grays really well. And the best thing about it is that my hair does not smell like I just coloured it afterwards! I just love it! Customer service gave a quick reply when I had a querry, and they were helpful too! This order arrived within 5 days of ordering, not 6 weeks as it said so yey for delivery service!
