Awesome!Love it! Love the color so much. I had a bit hard time with the steps because I’m not familiar with doing hair on my own. I struggled a bit but it turned out well. A few strands of grey hairs are not covered completely but they are less obvious now. My color is ash dark brown with a bit of purple tone when out in sunlight which I love 💕. I’m converted, will continue to order this same color and do it at home instead of going my salon. I think I will get much better with doing it next time. Perfect Base Color (again)This was my first kit from eSalon and the ordering process was easy. the base color is really lovely- exactly what I wanted. After following instructions to the T, my hair looked good but felt dry. I emailed my colorist and she sent me the repair conditioner. I'll review that apart from this. I have had better gray coverage from Matrix but I like the color so much and the Cust. Service was so good that I'm going to give it another go. Overall this was a very good experience- I have my 1st auto ship arriving this week. I wanted to leave another review but it looks like I can just update this 1. My 1st auto shipped has arrived and eSalon Customer Service is incredible! This 2nd kit showed that they read , listen and remember. My hair looks AND Feels fabulous!! New developer- amazingI have always loved the color system and the compliments I get are always amazing. The one thing I didn't like was having to clean up my bathroom from fly away drops of color. Today I colored my hair and didn't realize that there was a new developer. This stuff is fantastic!!!! Not only did I see the color better for application but the best part was no fly away color droplets when I applied it to the back of my head. Then when it was try to rinse in the shower- that developer mixed with water was heaven on my head. No runny color and I was able to better massage the color into my hair. Didn't cover my grayUnfortunately the color didn't work for me, it didn't cover my gray hair and it has this yellowish tone. Also instruction said that I have 2 pair of gloves but it was just one so I lost time trying to find gloves to use it after I applied color to the ruts. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
