Great customer service, hair is now perfectI can't fault the kit or the customer service. Hair colour came out beautifully but unfortunately faded faster than I'd hoped. Got in touch with e-salon who couldn't have handled it better and have formulated a new colour to help me. New colour arrived and is perfect - they listened to my feedback and changed exactly as asked. Considering how busy they must be currently, it's the best customer service I've had. Very Easy to ApplyHello! The color kit was great! Your stylist matched my color option perfectly. My 12 year old daughter applied it based off your instructions with ease. The color was great. Wonderful CompanyMy first time I had about 6” grow out and have long hair. I called and talked to the stylist that was more than happy to send an additional kit at no cost with no shipping fee. She wanted my first experience to be good so I will return for more products. I only needed one kit. It was more than enough. Color came out darker than expected but I know if I tell them that they will adjust it perfectly but I still have a kit at that shade so will contact them again later with changes.
