Little disappointedI purchased my advised colour however when I used it I felt the coverage wasn't great. I am a brunette and have quite alot of greys for which I colour about every 3 weeks. At my roots the colour was alittle orange and the rest dark. Left on roots the recommended time and abit longer but didn't get the best result. Wanted to go lighter, didn’t happenOriginally I sent in pics of my current hair color (very dark brown almost black) and pictures of the color I wanted, a much lighter shade of brown like a honey brown. My custom color came in the mail labeled something like “golden brown” and I thought this is going to turn out nice then I dyed it and it literally looks like I didn’t, maybe one shade lighter at best if I’m in the sun I can notice a tad bit of brown. I even left the color in for an extra 15 minutes longer than the 35 minutes the instructions said. I went to change my next months custom color and again inserted pictures of the lighter brown I wanted but get an email saying “ previously colored hair can not be lightened”, well if I would have gotten the correct color hair dye sent to me the first time I guess I wouldn’t have this issue. I just went ahead and canceled because I’m not happy with the new options they gave me, stuck with the same color or just lighten the roots? No thanks. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. I’m very impressed with the quality of the colorThis was my first order, and at first I was a little disappointed because there wasn’t enough color for my hair. However, the team was very kind and helpful, and they immediately sent me another kit. As a result, I was able to color all of my hair, and the shade turned out absolutely perfect—even better than I expected. This is the best hair color I have used in years. A special thank you to the staff and the professionals behind this product for their outstanding customer service and care. By the way, it covered my gray hair amazingly well. My hair feels incredibly soft, healthy, and well-conditioned after coloring. It isn’t dry or brittle, and it doesn’t break. I also loved the packaging. Everything was beautifully prepared, personalized with my name, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and so happy that I found you. Hair colorOnly my 3rd time coloring my hair, but I felt as though I should’ve kept it in longer then 30 minutes.
