User reviewThe product was okay and will probably give a better result if I am a professional. I had a hard time working on the actual coloring of the strands, separating sections and subsections. Using the brush to color, and keeping the sections away from each other is harder than I thought. By the time I finished coloring, my arms are so tired from being raised for so long. I also do not know how the hair on the back side of my head came out. I could still see some grays even thought I followed the time required to leave it. Did not lighten my hair, or cover grey.The colorist suggested this color because the shade I wanted was too light for me. She told me I would also receive a highlight kit, which I did not receive. Roots/ends different colors and ends were bright very fake looking copper redThe intended color wasn't achieved - the ends were a very fake looking shade of reddish copper and my roots are a VERY dull shade of brownish reddish yellow with a strange look. Roots/ends do not even come close to matching. Also the color was EXTREMELY high in ammonia, my hair feels really damaged and made my scalp SUPER itchy. Follwed directions to a T. Very disappointed. 5 tries and still no satisfying resultThe color was supposed to neutralize the brassy orange in my hair and what did it do? It turned my roots orange! Again! The only part of my hair that had a nice neutral brown color. This was the fifth try!! After every try they supposedly changed the color, I explained again what I wanted, showed pictures, everything possible. The service is great, but the color is not.
