Not good at allThe color (dark brown) I picked didn’t change my root color (soft black) at all and only colored (darkened) the highlighted portion. It is more like a toner color rather than a permanent hair color. Color started fading away after two washes! Not worth the time I spent to color my hair nor the money! Poor applicationI have emailed three times to no response. I also tried calling and was cut off. This has caused me to cancel my future orders. I did not receive a brush with my last two orders. I did not discover the missing brush until I had already applied the solution which resulted in poor coverage. I checked the next box and it also did not include a brush. I have been trying to contact someone as to how to return this product as it won’t work for me to no avail. I now have a $27 product on my shelf that is a waste. Ash Blonde to Dark Brown hints of gold and Copper in one easy step - GORGEOUS!To say I was nervous about going from bleached blonde to dark brown without turning orange or green was an understatement! I read the eSalon reviews, watched their 'How to' videos and took the plunge. I choose the colour placed my order and after 24 hours decided to add hair clips (best decision ever) and a protective cape to the order. When I called esalon to add to the order that was so easy. I was asked if I would like to speak to my colourist - I hesitated, I still felt nervous about the whole thing but said yes. I spoke to Freddie who was amazing chatted through the colour I'd chosen and made a couple of tweaks. I've just finished using the products which let me tell you are amazing value with everything you need to make this feel just like being in your own salon. The colour bottles and presentation box all personlised make you feel like this is an exciting pampering event and give confidence as the instructions are also personlised. This transition from Bleach Blonde to Brunette was EASY and feels amazing! Don't let your salon kid you, it is possible to get salon results without the dent in you bank account. Pleasantly surprisedI had been using a drugstore brand to cover grey roots which didn’t always cover and certainly didn’t last.
