Cancelled subscriptionI have just cancelled my subscription. A very convoluted process to do so. It is hard to find where to even start and it takes around 6 different clicks. Clearly set up to try to trick you into staying which left a very bad taste in my mouth. Also postage of £5.95 is insane - the method they use, Royal Mail 48 Tracked, is £3.55 for this weight. Perfect colour and so natural!Thank you to my colourist. The colour is perfect and has gone on so evenly!
