Color was alll wrongI ordered what I thought was a medium blonde. The color was too dark. It has faded to a brassy red blonde. It looks terrible. The roots are white and the girl that cuts my hair said it was a "mess". It has dried out the ends and they are splitting. She cut about 2 inches off the length. She said she would have to strip the color before she could get a color that would work. I know this will further damage my hair. I need help. I have not cancelled the order just put date off. Don’t order if you are in CanadaThe company ships from California, so after a month I’m still waiting for the first shipment and they are about to charge me for the next one. Gray came through slightlyI'm not sure what happened I'm not sure if the chemistry of the mix wasn't strong enough for a lot of gray hair? Or I didn't leave it on long enough.
