Great color matchI enjoyed your product along with all of its unique packaging the quote on the box was also a sweet surprise. The problem is that I encountered is that I should have allowed the day to be in my hair a little longer due to the fact that I had gray coverage powder on my hair During the time of dying. So for that reason I believe the color coverage for my grays did not take as perfect as I wanted it too. Finally!! A color that covered my gray!I have always colored my hair but for the last 2 years, the color would not cover my gray! I changed brands and even went to a hairstylist who said she could remove the gray but $145 later it was still gray and actually worse than when I did the color. The first time I used eSalon I got the same result. It did not cover my gray!! I was so disappointed but decided to call and talk to a color specialist who asked me to send a picture of the results. Once the specialist looked at the picture and asked me a few questions, I was told they would adjust the color and send me a new free kit. Thank goodness it’s quarantine.I dyed my hair last night. When drying it looked like I had faded pink highlights. Went into different lighting and it looked much better. This morning, I find some of the color has faded a bit, but am catching the red tones. It makes my hair color look fake. I applied according to the instructions, but still see grey. customer service?I tested hair strands but had a problem with the hair dye not depositing any color on my hair at all, despite following directions. I contacted customer service but the replies took an average of one week each, which can be understandable during these times but I was eventually ignored and have not gotten a reply for 5 weeks. Too thick, new formula is awfulYou announced a new thicker creamier formula and today is my first application with it. I found it so thick it doesn't want to come out of the bottle. How is this helpful for a roots only application? Seriously, I'd have been better off mixing it in a bowl and spooning into my roots. Why would you change? Home coloring is messy enough but having to shake the bottle down (even when keeping upside down) and having just air burp out spots of formula is even messier than a thinner mix. AwfulI ordered medium red brown hair colour with grey coverage. My hair is now pinkish red at the top and dark brown at the bottom. I cannot leave the house. Back to my normal box colour, an expensive lesson learned. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
