Please, no more bottle application, always with a brush!This was my second order from esalon.com. The first time I was sent the same set, but the dye was to be applied with the brush. I was very happy and the color came out great. This order came with the bottle applicator. Maybe it works for a professional, but not for an amateur who needs to apply it all by herself. An extremely messy, cruel, and frustrating experience! As the result, the color was not even applied evenly and I am still left with grey spots. I plan to give esalon.com another chance. Amazing! Love my color!I've had salon color for 30 years or more, but don't want to go into a salon right now due to the pandemic. eSalon was recommended by a friend, and I love my new color! OMG!!My colour arrived at around 9am and I couldn’t wait to try and fix my disaster from last week. It is brilliant!! You obviously did consider the comments I made when I tried to explain that colour generally comes out a couple of shades darker on me and this is exactly what I want. Perfect & EasyThe color was perfect. I originally ordered this to just do a touch up. However; because of being quarantined so long, my total hair color had washed out. I called to ask how to run through rest of hair. I received explicit verbal directions followed immediately by an email with new written directions.
