I really wanted this to work!This is the 3rd try on the hair color with adjustments requested each time to see if it would work. I left the color on for 60 minutes this time.. 20 minutes longer than told to do. I started with my grey areas first at the temple and roots.. but the color still would not take at the temple area & in some of the root area. I am so bummed as I really hoped this would work, but I can't seem to find a solution. The color itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, I have cancelled my subscription. Best ShampooI love the softness of my hair after I colored it. The color was slightly darker than I was using but it is a good color. No plans to change at this time.
