First time experienceMy first time ever coloring my own hair so I was very apprehensive. Instructions were easy to follow and application was easy enough but some guesswork for me. Shampoo and conditioner are really nice. My hair was full (not normal), soft and smooth, and did not need washed again for 4 days which never happens! Perfect touch-upWith COVID-19, I was prevented from going to my salon. My appointment was the day before the "stay at home" restriction, so I was looking bad. I submitted my pictures and my color came out perfect. So well that I think I'll begin doing my root touch-ups myself. Great instructions. i am amazedThe color is great- dare I say as good if not better then pro hair salon color not to mention my hair feels healthier and more natural. I think there is no going back to spending so much money going to a hair salon. Will try high-lighting with color next round. Even my discriminating fashionable adult daughter was very impressed. My Hair has never looked soooooo beautiful!!!I was skeptical at first, for sure. I didn't think I would like the auto ship thing either but to my surprise, the color that I was sent is perfect in every way. My hair feels healthier after I color it and it doesn't dry it out at all. It looks like I have gotten my hair colored in a salon. Thanks for putting such a great product out there. Slightly strange outcomeThis is easy to use and overall pleasant experience of colouring at home. Little mess, clear instructions. I've used bowl and brush for application. The outcome is mixed: colour matching and grey coverage is good, but in some areas my hair turned orange. Small spot in parting and small spots on the temples.
