awesome service, all you need with step by step tailored instructions is in the kit . They follow your requests to the T. I heard home color products can be damaging to your hair and going to the salon every 5 weeks was not a practical option for me. This salon quality color mixed to your specific needs. No hassle adjusting the color. Unlike store brand color this one keeps its shine longer. Honest service I wanted to order highlights and they were honest enough to recommend against it given my hair treatments history. This is a good company. I am a customer for life as long as I have hair and they are in business.

On top of the fact that receiving the color in the mail is the best ever as it was made just for me, the color itself is easy to apply and the color has always turned out great. When I go to a salon for my haircuts I always get compliments on the color.
