Perfect matchNot being able to go to the salon right now had me feeling stressed about my grays. I found esalon and went through the setup, uploaded pics, and my kit arrived quickly. This was AWESOME!I usually get my hair professionally colored every 3 weeks. With this scary time where we cannot go out, salons are closed, etc. I didn’t know what to do. I ordered my first custom color from eSalon. Now, know that I was NERVOUS, because I have a deep burgundy purple hair color...... I just colored my own hair for the first time and WOW!!! Not the color I was expectingThe quality of the dye is fantastic and very easy to apply. I provided two photos, one of my current color and the other what my desired color was. I ended up getting the color that was close to what I currently had. So, meanwhile it's nice to no longer have darker looking roots, I had hoped to get a color that I actually wanted. I messaged my colonist for an adjustment for my next order. I'm hoping I get the right color this time!! I also was sent by accident a roots touch up then messaged my colorist and she sent me the all over color pack. Perfect shadeMy first order wasn’t exactly what I was searching for. The second order they took that into account, as well as my desire to shoot for something a little different, the new color was perfect.
