I always love my color!I love eSalon! The color is long lasting, covers gray easily and doesn't wear off. My hair has never been damaged and (until now) had any adverse effects. Color changes that I have made have always been spot-on! The reason that I have only given three stars is because my last color, which was just about a week ago, did not turn out very well. I made changes to my color, but the changes were not dramatic -just added a cinnamon tone to my brown. I got an ends refresher along with my new color. I followed all of the instructions 100%. I've done this before so the process is familiar. Unfortunately, my ends are much darker than my roots. It is quite noticeable. And, to make matters worse, I have naturally curly hair and always put some kind of moisturizer on my ends which darkens my hair just little. It looks terrible. I have a lighter cinnamon colored roots and deep mahogany colored ends with no red at all. I've been hoping that my ends would release a little bit of the color. I don't normally wash my hair everyday but this week, I have been shampooing the ends daily to try to get them to lighten up a little. I'm going to try one more time today but I'm not feeling very hopeful. I'm going to have to get my hair fixed this weekend. I don't know what went wrong. My color always looks great and I'm really dreading spending two to three hours and hundreds of dollars to get this fixed. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

BottlesHi...I enjoy using this product but each time I mix it I think that I wish the cream bottle opening could easily accommodate the color bottle. The the 2 bottles being of similar but different size, you cant insert the color bottle into the cream bottle to assist in getting all of the color formula. Horrible customer serviceI canceled my plan back in october. They charged me in january and in march for 27 each. They apologized for the inconvenience but made me pay for their shipping that I didn't even order. The girl was rude talking over me saying "sorry there is nothing I can do for you" after I asked her multiple times to refund my money. Finally after raising my voice my money will be refunded in 3 days but still have to pay for the shipping. Btw the color doesn't last long and I'm about to change my banking because this is highly illegal. Disgusted. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Made my hair orangeGreat customer service and they sent a new kit ASAP but the second one made my hair even more orange and I ended up going to a salon and paying a lot to have it somewhat fixed 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Very disappointedVery messy, you have two bottles of color, one for the roots and one for the ends. Hard to rinse out, left my hair feeling sticky even after 4 rinses.
