Great product and companyI think the color is great. The only problem is that it doesn't completely cover around the ears. I'm on oxygen and use a cannula and my husband is the one who applies the color. Being a retired hairstylist myself I think he's scared to put much there because he's afraid that itll stain my skin. I've told him not to worry about it. Anyway. I think it makes the color look more natural. Thank you for making my color to my specs, and changing it up after I do the surveys. The color is perfect!!!!Mindy was able to send me a color that perfectly matches my natural color and it did a great job covering my grays. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is because I didn't have quite enough conditioner to cover my hair after the coloring was done. There was plenty of shampoo, but I have long hair and the conditioner didn't quite give me the coverage that I would have liked. FadingI know it's normal for color to fade. However, I'm not really happy with the extreme fading for my all over color. I'm concerned that when I redo my roots, that my root area there is going to be an extreme color difference, between my all over color, with fresh root color?? Darker than previous ordersI’ve just these guys 3 times. It looks like the colour has got darker every time. Have now cancelled the order automatic generating and will start again as I have gone from blonde to brunette. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Pretty bad4 tries and 4 results that are far off the mark. First three kits (color to take warm blonde into copper) just sent toner, which did not color the hair. 4th attempt was darker red which I had hoped would be easier to deliver on. I now have crayon red roots and hair that looks like I washed it with koolaid. Red in general is difficult, so brown and blonde haired people, this may work perfectly for you, but gingers, this is a no go 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
