Made my hair fall out!!!I used this product consistently every 8 - 10 weeks and loved the color and what the color faded into as well. That is why I used it for THREE years! Then I discovered chunks of new growth hair! I had thought it seemed in lost an excessive amount of hair with every coloring and now I had proof! I am on no medications and have no hormone imbalances. This color treatment caused hair loss! I haven't colored my hair for 13 months now and am still dealing with new growth hair. So annoying.... if you've ever had a baby you know what I'm talking about; that stage when all the hair grows back that you lost durong pregnancy. No differenceI didn’t see any color change. I wanted a shade or two lighter with a cooler tone, at least. I didn’t see a difference and none of my friends did either. I have medium to dark blonde hair that holds a strawberry blonde tone, so maybe it was just too stubborn. Very good packaging though, everything was great quality and very cute.
