Hair conditionI believe I have commented on this before. For as long as I have used your products I have loved the color and the condition of my hair,eventually. The condition the first week after the process is difficult, this past order the worst it has been. When rinsing the product out my hair it feels like clumps of stiff straw, I use all of the shampoo and all of the conditioner in the kit to wash my hair. This time it did not help in the least. In all I had to wash my hair 5 times, 3 the first day and twice the next, before there was any release at all. I believe in the quality of your product this should NOT happen at all, it's tremendously discouraging. The question of, "What happened to your hair???????"
