Great colour but need more product for thick hairI really love the colour! I definitely don't think one bottle was enough though..even though my hair is only shoulder length it is very thick. Gorgeous color; weird textureI've been using eSalon now for several months. I love the color and the kit; I hate the greasy texture of my hair after I use the product. The company keeps telling me that they are working the formula and that I should just use a bit of baking soda when I wash my hair to counteract this issue. To me that means the product is still in beta testing, not fully ready for production. Customers shouldn't have to use home remedy work-arounds for a flaw in the formula - not if you want them to pay full price and shipping. So I'm on the fence...I'd love to keep using the product, but I have to be careful about when I color my hair. If I do it too close to an important meeting when I want to style my hair, I have to wait because the greasy overlay prevents styling. Last time I had to color my hair one day, wash again the next and then style...too much work for this lady! I hope the formula gets fixed soon so I can become a raving fan :-) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
