I Look Like Myself Again!When I ordered hair color earlier this year for the first time online, I thought the most I could expect was for it to be brown and at least last a couple weeks. Well, to my wonderful surprise, the color was more that perfect. It was exactly what I wanted. It managed to rid the brassy red color that was I developed over the last few colors and they nailed the color medium brown color I described to my colorist. She obviously listened and paid attention to what I wanted while creating a color mixture that could hold and cover grey hair for six weeks easily. Great Color Every Time!I've been using eSalon since 2012 and I love it. I originally started to cover my premature grey roots. I like that I can change the formulas between the seasons. Darker in the Fall and Winter, then I add highlights in the Sprint and Summer. They are very responsive to questions and periodically send me something to try, free of charge. Last year I noticed my ends were getting lighter and lighter, so I asked if they did an all over color. Next shipment they sent me a Custom Ends Refresher.
