Colour was way too darkI specifically said I didn't want my hair to be dark. I got my package, coloured my hair and it was black. I wrote to eSalon and never heard back from anyone. Won’t use againReally disappointed with this product. I followed the directions and had an incredibly difficult time washing it out of my hair. Washed it 5 times before it was out. Contacted the Company and they suggested I put baking soda in my shampoo to help wash it out. That was not the response I was expecting.
