Perfect color adjustment!!You nailed it!! I was hoping for a lighter color without damaging my hair. I've updated my photo so you can see that it's closer to a strawberry copper color and I know as it grows out it will be perfect with my red pale skin. Thank you thank you thank you!! Never DisappointsI've been customer for about five years and I have never been disappointed with the results. I foolishly asked my in-person stylist to help me go from dark blonde to a bright, coppery red. Well, I ended up with a flat, reddish brown and not at all what I was hoping for. customer serviceI have been trying for a long time to get some attention and help with my account. I am in need of putting my auto shipments on hold. I currently have 6 or 7 sets of color. TerribleHi guys, been using you for years. I emailed to adjust my colour to a dark brown with a hint of red. I even wrote back to confirm and i just did my hair, and it is florescent red. No joke, I look like halloween bad hair dye from an 80's movie! I am horribly disappointed but I also need this fixed. I cannot go to work with florescent hair.
