Very SatisfiedI am so happy I came across esalon! I have very thick, course and curly/wavy hair. I have been dying my hair at home for many many years. As long as you follow the directions and listen to the eSalon colorist ( thankyou Genevieve) you can't go wrong. I've read several reviews where the woman did not like it because they couldn't wash it out of their hair. I had no problem at all just follow the directions and rinse it till the water is clear. I am thrilled with the color I love it and I know if I went to a salon I'd have to probably pay over $100 with my type of hair. Not for stubborn greys...My initial notes to the colorist made it clear I did not want any red tones but my first formulation came out very pink. My greys were tinited a glowing pink color. They tried twice to fix it however, each time it came out reddish and fell out of my greys within a few days. I ended up using a grocery store box color and achieved the cool tones and grey coverage.
