It's great!So nice to able to have my color at my finger tips! I was having a harder time finding my color in the stores, now I know I have a consistent color and don't have to hunt for it. Shipments are adjustable so if your hair doesn't grow out as fast, you're not getting shipments that are going to sit around for weeks. Perfect Again!I love how simple and easy it is to do this at home with such quality chemicals. I have to remind myself to read the directions each and every time and to never skip a step. That way I get the gorgeous hair color that I want and deserve! I did have to contact eSalon this time over a small issue that I'm sure I caused, and the response was super quick.
