Honestly.... Amazed!!!I am very picky about the shade of red that my hair is. I've paid multiple stylist a LOT of money and they never got it quite right (I'm naturally a dark blonde). Esalon nailed it right out of the gate and for a fraction of what I was paying. My hair color is gorgeous, multi dimensional and shimmering. ColorIt's a wonderful product. I have stubborn grays and it covers them masterfully. It doesn't leave my hair brittle or noticeably damaged.The only problem I have with the product is when it's time to rinse I have clumps of color that does not come out easily. Wasnt the color I desiredI submitted the picture for the color I desired however it didnt turn out anywhere close and I followed the directions to a T.
