Perfect color and qualityI love the custom color. I looked and looked for the right color for years. This is my dream color and I get so many compliments on my dark firey auburn. The product has amazing coverage and minimal fading. Overall the quality of the dye and packaging items is high end. ImpressedWas secpeital in trying an E Salon product but I have to say I'm impressed. So far I'm loving the coverage (white/gray) & the color is next to a prefect match. The kit along w/ videos was helpful and included everything I needed. I'll be watching to see how long it last. fingers crossed : )When rinsining the color out I did notice I had somewhat of a difficult time. Not sure why.....but it seemed like it took a long time. At one point I thought it was not going to rinse out so I used shampoo to help with the process. Not sure if this hurt the color but it doesn't seem like it. Best home coloring kit ever!I love the ease of auto delivery & the price is right! Great number of color selections which makes it easy to choose a color you like! LOVE my Haircolor!I have to say that even with the stain guard, this product does stain my skin a bit more than drugstore products I'm used to, but it also lasts longer, covers my grays better, and has so much dimension! I have very dark hair with a fair bit of gray in the front so it's tough for me to get a color result that's not matte dark brown but also doesn't turn brassy on the gray parts after a couple washes. This color does it. I get a full six weeks (maybe even seven!) before my roots are long enough to have to recolor, and at around the same time, the lighter hairs start to turn old-lady orange, but I get a full six weeks of great-looking brown color with gold highlights before that time comes so it's well worth it to me. This is definitely a great compromise between a cheap-looking drugstore dye jog and a too-expensive salon trip. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Great Product - I am continuing my ordersThe only reason I gave 4 stars is my 1st color came in a little darker than I expected but all my reds usually do. I always have to go through 1 darker shade before the color specialist understands I want a lighter strawberry blonde. Otherwise the color turned out perfect for the shade they sent. The application process was easy. I recommend getting the toolkit with your 1st order. It helped me a great deal. The step by step sheet they provided me with times for each step was awesome. Forever I have always dyed my hair all over then let it set 45 min. Not with this product. It has you dye roots first, let it set... then your ends, let it set. Then use the rest of the juice and rub it all together and let it set again. then shower. The shampoo and conditioner they provide are great products. They also provided a stain prevention cream and a stain removal wipe. Oh and not to forget the gloves. And did they just throw them all in a box? No... they all came in their own separate boxes. Extremity DISAPPOINTED!The picture when I clicked on the color of my choice is no where near what I recieved!! All you did was darken my hair a shade. I asked for a red. It's just a darker brown, now my natural red highlights are died brown I absolutley hate it. I emailed you and recieved one back saying to send a message above so I replied along with a picture of my hair the color I want, which is what my hairdresser achieved in one session along with my natural hair pic and what I got from your dye so you can see where you went wrong. I haven't heard back. I will close this membership of you don't fix your mistake.
